Kington Park – End of Summer Roundup

From upgraded fibre broadband to refurbished storage containers- here’s a roundup of Kington Park this summer.

10ft container storage to rent 3

As summer winds down and the first hints of autumn appear, it’s the perfect time to look back on what’s been happening at Kington Park. From upgrades and team adventures to exciting business growth, it’s been a busy and rewarding season.

Fibre Internet – Staying Connected

Earlier this summer, we completed our Gigaclear fibre broadband upgrade, bringing faster and more reliable internet to the park. This improvement helps all our businesses stay connected, run smoothly, and embrace digital opportunities without interruption.

Container Upgrades – Thanks to Steve

Our resident handyman Steve has been busy refurbishing containers as they become available, and the results are fantastic. Each unit has been carefully fitted with new ventilation to ensure they stay dry and fresh, even as the colder months approach. Inside, Steve has given every container a fresh coat of paint, making them clean, well-maintained storage spaces. It’s small touches like these that help our park feel organised, functional, and ready for the season ahead.

George Estates Team Day Out

On one of the year’s hottest days, the George Estates team took a walk around the charming village of Sherston, Wiltshire. The outing ended with a leisurely pub lunch, providing an excellent opportunity to strengthen team bonds and reflect on the season’s achievements.

Welcoming New Businesses

We’re thrilled to welcome new businesses to our park this season. One highlight is Brunel Microscopes, which has expanded in our Langley Building, now occupying the majority of the space.

We’re also delighted to welcome Air Sentry, now based in our Grittleton B4-5 Building. Air Sentry specialises in air purification systems and brings an innovative presence to Kington Park, complementing our growing community of businesses.

New Units Available – Reserve now

Two units are now ready to be reserved and can be moved into from 1st October:

  • Startley Double Garage – A 345ft² space ideal for storage or light industrial use, featuring double garage doors, LED lighting, and access to electricity.
  • Norton 2 Workshop – A spacious 688ft² unit with a 200ft² mezzanine, offering a total of 888ft² of flexible workspace. The high ceiling and excellent access make it suitable for various business activities.
Looking Ahead

With summer behind us, we’re ready for the months ahead. Our upgraded spaces, improved internet, and thriving community mean Kington Park is set for more growth, events, and collaboration. Whether you’re a tenant, a visitor, or following our updates online, there’s always something happening here.
