August updates at Kington Park

A Musical Business Joins our Site

We always get excited when a new type of business enquires with us about one of our offerings. Last month we had the pleasure of welcoming Brother from Another, a band with a difference. They call themselves “entertainment chameleons”, with the ability to adapt to all types of events. Brother from Another have tried their hand at weddings, celebrity events, birthday parties and even Hen Do’s. As professional party starters they naturally have lots of rave reviews. We don’t have any parties on at Kington Park, however they are using one of our secure Startley units for their business storage needs.

Yatton 2 is Full of Energy

Another of our August updates at Kington Park is that we’ve had Good Energy join us on site. This business required storage space and took on Yatton 2 to help with those requirements. Good Energy specialise in renewable energy and are heat pump advocates. They’ve been an independent Chippenham business for over a decade now and have certainly gained momentum during that time. Yatton 2 is a mid sized workshop/storage unit which has access to electric and large outward opening doors.

Food for Thought

DLR Removals have been storing and parking with us for many years now. Their business, like many, has evolved over time and the latest iteration has become very popular with attracting visitors. The Warehouse can be likened to an oversized tuck shop, situated in Seagry C. This spin off of DLR Removals first opened in or around 2021 as a bric a brac shop with furniture and secondhand electricals. It appears that its popularity helped it to evolve into the treasure trove of snacks and household essentials that it is today. Unit of the Month

Our Startley double garages are a great place for storage, to work on ‘stuff’ and for light industrial use. We’ve had various occupiers come & go from these units due to their good price and convenient nature. We like to refer to them as simple brick buildings with double garage doors, LED lighting and access to electric.

These garages can be rented on flexible lease terms, therefore a smaller commitment when dipping your toes into the water of taking on a workshop, whether it’s for personal or business use.
