Location and access: Kington Park has excellent communication links and is easily accessed via the A350, just 2 miles south of Junction 17 of the M4. Access for tenants is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can come & go as much as you need.
We understand that square footage can be a difficult measure to work with. If you’re not clear what certain unit sizes compare to, speak to the Site Manager and they will do their best to help you. They might suggest visiting the site and viewing a range of units to get a full picture of what our spaces can offer.
Does your organisation have any specific requirements, from extra sinks and private toilets, dancefloors and soundproofing, to larger kitchens with extraction and air-conditioning?
